Is gradually going into this considered bad? Or is it something you want to do "cold turkey"?
Right now, I have a six hour window and if I am off by an hour its okay. Just until I get used to not eating during my work day. I am a person who LOVES to eat, and if I jump right in I'm scared I will hate it and give up. And I am not limiting myself to counting calories and whatnot yet. If I want it, I eat it in that six hour window. All this is to get my body used to not having food all day until 5 pm. That part, I am strict on. However I did have two mentos pieces today. :( What do people suggest for breath fresheners that we can have while fasting?
I do not have a strong will power. So gently easing myself into this seems easier for me. I'm on day two. My 6 hour window is from 5 until 11 and then once I am more accustomed to not eating all day, I will stop at 10pm. Then I will begin to reduce calories.
I hope this works, I am bigger than I have ever been at 271 lbs. I realize the way I am doing it I will not see results within the three weeks more than likely, but who knows maybe I will.
