Im a 23 yr old female and I just had a baby about 2 months ago. I need to get the baby weight off, but Im planning to do this for a lifetime! Its not hard at all. I am currently 5'4" and 150lbs and my goal weight is around 135-138. I used to do this before and the weight gradually fell off without me thinking! This was the thinnest Ive been in a while at 128lbs! Being me that was too thin though. So Im starting again, but this time I want it to be a lifestyle change. In the meantime, how many calories do you guys eat during your eating window? My window is 3-8pm. Today was my first day and I had about 1200 calories, but I did walk for 30 minutes. Do you all count calories? Can some of you give me an example of what all you eat during your 5 hours? Thanks in advance!!
Also, what if Ive already been eating 1200 calories for a while with no results, will this change make a difference? Will I still lose weight or do I need to eat less?
