I started the Fast Five Diet last Wednesday so a week ago today, the first few days I did great on it and lost a couple of pounds....this week however I have a cold and feel rubbish and despite my best intentions I can't seem to stick to the diet at all this week....and I have gained all the weight back :(
What should I do.....?
What I did was an adjustment phase. Quitting cold-turkey could be too hard on the body, especially with a cold.
Maybe, you should tend to the cold and start over again. Once the cold is gone, you will be in better frame of mind and can stick to it.
