Hello everyone just wondering if u could help me out. I\'m about 210lbs and am trying to lose some weight just wonderingif I should have a caloric goal daily or if I\'m supposed to just eat til I\'m full? I\'m very active, do crossfit and burn a good 700 cals during a workout so if Im not consuming enough calories will that have an impact on my weight loss and muscle loss? Should i stick with about a 2300 cal diet or just listen to my body? Also, what about the amount of carbs and protein I eat? Thanks do much for your time..... EJ
I have followed an IF for a few months now and just discovered Fast-5 which is in many way gentler than my previous regimen.
There is no need to think about how much you eat during the 5 hours as long as it's not all cake and candy.
The past few days I have narrowed the window to only 3 hours because I feel no hunger. Doing some form og IF will make you less hungry and you will eat fewer calories than needed.
