Newie/Just Saying Hi

Hi All!

My name is deborah. I'm a 43 year old (5'5") mom of two teens and I just started doing this about 9 days ago. So far no questions and no real problems. I had already been restructuring my daily calorie intake for about a month, and had dropped from 144lbs to 137lbs, so I didn't find it too difficult to adjust to an eating window. After starting Fast-5, I've dropped two more pounds in a little over a week, so now I'm 135 (goal weight is 129). I do exercise and lift some weights regularly (but not even close to strenuously, about a half hour a day most days of the week).

A couple of days ago, I decided to try this with low-carb (I've never done low-carb before).

Going to scout around the forum some since I just got here, but wanted to introduce myself and say hello!

Newbie,as well. Starting on 8/19. During the week have been gradually extending when I eat. Wished I knew about F5 a lot sooner. I could've avoided all this weight gain and numerous failures. Never liked eating breakfast. Would get hungry after 2pm. My doctor would make me feel horrible because I ate so late and said, I was doomed to be overweight my whole life." Determined not to be.

My wedding is later this year or early next year. Dread taking pics in a white dress. Lol. Of course, would like to lose some weight before Ultimate goal is become comfortable in my skin and get rid of my fixation on food and losing weight. The prog def seem doable. All these years, I was kind of doing it. Now, I can do it correctly and get this weight off FINALLY. Not looking to be skinny, but healthy.

My plan is to do F5 and follow the guidelines of Fat to Skinny. Low sugar/carb.
