Well hi there!
So I'm new to this site and Fast5 in general. I have been on an Intermittent fasting program for 3 weeks now and while I haven't wrighed or measured myself, I feel better with more energy and am amazed at how easy it is to stick to!
That said I have a couple queries - does anyone else struggle with/cheat with alcohol? That's what I find hardest. if my eating window finishes at 8 and then a friend pops round later I'd kill for a glass of wine with them.
Also, is there anyone who was a relatively low starting off weight found Fast5 to be effective? I dont expect to drop huge numbers like a lot of people when they start out - I'm primarily doing it for the lifestyle change and health and muscle benefits. I do want to lose about 7 - 8 llbs but that's all.
