I am about to finish a 14 day juice fast and think it would be easier to go straight into the fast-5 eating plan. Anyone else have experience doing it this way?
Also, I read on another site that the time frame of your five hour block doesn't matter. Any feedback on that point?
I am a huge believer in fasting and I am curious to see how this affects my body. I have only done long fasts in the past because my main goal is to keep toxins out. Is there any detoxing involved in this plan? I am used to only seeing that after 24 hours minimum--- maybe that's with juice though.
