I eat once a day - a well-balanced, healthy meal at 6:30 pm - nothing else during the day except plain coffee, tea, water and an occasional diet pop. So I do a 24 hr. fast every day and it works well for me. But some days I simply don't feel hungry and don't feel like eating - I just intuitively don't want to eat - so I won't eat that one day and the next day have my usual 6:30 pm meal. Am I the only one who occasionally skips a day of eating? I'm not promoting it by any means - but for whatever reason my body likes to skip a day about once a week and I listen to it.
