Fast-5 is a section 501(c)(3)-compliant non-profit organization established for health education and research. Fast-5 has no employees and operates purely on volunteer support. Fast-5 Corporation has revenue from book sales and personal donations; it accepts no advertising or corporate sponsorship.
Fast-5 Corporation's volunteer executive director is Bert Herring, MD, author of "The Fast-5 Diet and the Fast-5 Lifestyle."
The executive director's work is guided by the six unpaid members of the board of directors, all of whom have experience with the Fast-5 lifestyle and no financial or family relationship to the executive director.
