Hello I started the fast-5 yesterday and will be keeping track here as motivation for myself and hopefully others. I find it easy not to have breakfast and lunch but dinner has always been extra hard so I think that this way of eating will work for me.

So far I have lost my appetite, which for me is great as this makes losing weight effortless for me.
Starting weight : 207.5

My water goal today is : 102.2
I know what you mean about losing your appetite, same thing happened with me - and then when I do eat my one meal, I get full fairly quickly. Even with the decreased appetite I do still have a bit of hunger through the day, but strangely I almost embrace it - I know it means I'm burning fat. I've been eating once-a-day for months now and I really don't see ever going back to my old way of eating - Fast-5 really works! =) Take care!
I am experiencing the EXACT same thing I get full with a small serving. I almost have to nibble an snack during my 5 hours. Yes I too still get hunger pangs in the mornings for me. I also embrace them lol. I feel like my body is letting me know my stomach is now empty and it is now burning stored fat for energy.
Congrats on sticking with it for over a month. I too plan on sticking with this woe for life. I love not having to worry about ME eating (I have to feed my family lol) breakfast and lunch.
Today is day 4 and I am so happy with my weightloss as well as my food cravings and appetite.

Great results. I did change my eating window from 5-10 to 3-8 on day 2 because my family starts heading to bed at 8 so I would never eat past that time anyway.

I thought I would start mentioning what I'm eating. Well yesterday I had 2 slices of homemade deep dish pizza. That was during the 3pm hour. Around 7pm I had half of a chicken pattie a homemade lemon square and a few cashews. This satisfied me.

Hi everyone I have been sticking with the fast 5 woe off and on. My weight is 199.1 so I have been making progress. I have started the couch to 5k program to get fit.
