I did great on my first day but then woke up and have been binge eating on cake today. So depressed.
Cake is one of my guilty obsessions - I love it and I can totally relate to giving in to the desire! But no big deal, it's not the end of the world and you will do better tomorrow! =) I stopped eating all sweets in January, including my beloved cake, and now it doesn't torment me like it used to. I still want it sometimes but it doesn't control my thoughts like before - and I'm able to look at it and not drool. And ultimately, if you are not able to give up the cake just yet, go ahead and have a little of it during your one daily meal - it will be easier knowing that you don't have to give it up completely. =) I'm rooting for you!!
