Hi there !
I've read a lot on the internet about the benefits of fasting while drinking a some Apple Cider Vinegar diluted in water.
I'm not a nutritionnist and the informations I've found don't help me to know if the caloric value of ACV is enough to "break" the fast or not.
So that's my question : nutritionnally speaking does ACV break the fast or not ?
However I've found that ACV really help me to control and calm my somatic hunger ! :)
