I still don't understand something.
From the book "after about two weeks of fasting, your stored glycogen will be depleted."
It's mean 'I have to keep 19hours fasting at least 14 days continuously for deplete glycogen?'
'If I can not continuous it's mean my stored glycogen not depleted and my fat-handling enzymes wil be not activated' right?

You seem to be right from what I have read of our post.
But, I have lost weight following the Fast 5 only 5 days a week, so I don't think it is necessary to deplete they glycogen for some people to lose weight. But then, I am very over weight. Less calories is all I need to lose weight at this point for me.
Every worthwhile accomplishment has a price attached to it. The question is, are you willing to pay the price through sacrifice, hard work and self discipline?
