When I first heard about this the person said they were breaking fast from 2 to 7 PM and had lost 20 lbs. Does the 5 PM time have a particular reason? I feel that I could slowly wend my way to breakfast at 2 but to wait until 5 PM seems really hard to me. Once my blood sugar drops I lose energy. I know that eventually I would be burning fat instead of glucose but in the meantime how do I get through the period of time before that kicks in? Why not 2 to 7PM?
Today I managed to wait until 9:30 to eat when I usually eat at 7:30 or so. I will try to wait until 10:30 tomorrow and so on.
