I have lived the lc WOL for years now. It has worked for me, lost 80 lbs two times. However, after I quit smoking i gained about 20 lbs. I tried just lc to get the lbs off and i would drop 5 lbs, gain 5 or 6 lbs. I got up to 180, thats where i was on Dec 8th when i started fast 5. I have dropped to 165. I don't know how quickly any more weight will come off, i hope it does. I am eating lc, have my main meal at 6, then a snack before my window closes. I am scared to be hungry, yet i never experienced hunger on LC before. I am just scared to not have a snack around 9:30. I am going to try to eat less, cut a snack out. I would love to see myself get past 165, I've been to this weight before, but not less than it in 3 years. I've wondered if those lc eating doing fast-5 find that counting the calories are very important, or not? I try to eat less, which i am sure i will if i only eat my meal..but on some days its hard to.
