Easily stuck to the diet, and very happy to say i ate only HEALTHY FOOD!
During the day
-one cup black coffee
-one cup green tea
During my 5pm-10pm window
-6 grilled chicken wings
-2 large fillets of fish
-2 small sweet potatoes
-5 strawberries
-3 pieces of carrot
-4 cups of tea with lemon
"Do something. Either LEAD, follow, or...get out of the way."
I changed my window to 3-8, realized my 5-10pm job isn't the best eating window also.
I ate way too much! I ate sweets and crap and lots of it. So much in fact, that I became sick to my stomach and had to force myself to throw up.
It's not the first time I've done this.
Today im off of work. The NBA finals are on, eating later I wonder if it's okay to change windows so frequently.
"Do something. Either LEAD, follow, or...get out of the way."
Try it. You'll either hate yourself for spiking your blood sugar and craving food for the rest of the day, or you'll be just fine. Fast-5 takes advantage of the low insulin levels we have when we sleep, and extends that period of time until the evening.

Is it okay if I eat in the morning till 11 am and not eat for the rest of the day?
