My name is deborah. I'm a 43 year old (5'5") mom of two teens and I just started doing this about 9 days ago. So far no questions and no real problems. I had already been restructuring my daily calorie intake for about a month, and had dropped from 144lbs to 137lbs, so I didn't find it too difficult to adjust to an eating window. After starting Fast-5, I've dropped two more pounds in a little over a week, so now I'm 135 (goal weight is 129). I do exercise and lift some weights regularly (but not even close to strenuously, about a half hour a day most days of the week).
A couple of days ago, I decided to try this with low-carb (I've never done low-carb before).
